About the Role
Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing company. You will be responsible for providing project coordination support within all Telecommunications contracts
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Collins Street, VIC
Reporting Line: PMO, Change and Innovation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Take an autonomous approach to end-to-end project deliverables in line with operational strategic goals as set by the sponsor.
- Determine key actions to support the project initiatives, leading steering committee meetings and working groups to determine program approach.
- Document key operational risks identified during risk assessment discovery, registering, and mitigating emerging items during delivery.
- Create comprehensive schedules with the change team to support individual project programs of work.
- Manage all pre-determined actions as determined in the program to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Lead, document and Support User Acceptance Testing, Business Readiness Testing and Hyper Care groups.
- Liaise with external client PMOs to establish an aligned schedule and approach for each program.
- Utilise PMO and Change templates and registers to ensure framework is maintained while providing key stakeholders clear visibility of each individual program of work.
- Arrange reports and document close out reports to support the hand over to operational BAU, identifying gaps and making best practice recommendations.
- Lead focus groups across all Telecommunications teams you identify opportunity for change.
- Assist other members of the PMO, Change and Innovation team and perform any other duties as required by management.
- Any other task or duties requested by the Management team.
About You
- Experience working in an Office environment autonomously with minimum supervision and as a part of a team preferred
- Previous Telecommunication experience is beneficial
- Outcome driven and resilient
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
