A central agency recruiting an APS3 Support Officer to join the Security Team.

**Your new company**
This Australian Government Department plays a critical role for the wider Australia, assisting in a wide range of processes to prepare and deliver operations whilst focusing on development, operations, and delivery of events related to security arrangements.

**Your new role**
In your new team as a support officer, you will have the opportunity to provide operational support with high motivation. This work will involve dealing with day-to-day data entry and extraction relating to security clearance processes. This position required a highly passionate and energetic individual who can work under general direction with high level organisation skills.

Your primary responsibilities are:

- Assist in day-to-day operational support, including data entry and extraction
- Prepare reports and correspondence on security matters
- Perform processes to contribute to projects and deliverables, whilst providing information, advice, reporting and analysis
- Assist in the resolution of stakeholder problems whilst maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Resolve issues with guidance
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Ensuring the APS Code of Conduct is always adhered to

**What you'll need to succeed**

You must be an Australia citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Clearance.
