Your new role as a Scheduler, International Crew Operations will see you responsible for coordinating all International Operations & Aircrew activities to maximise the schedule integrity of Qantas' flying operations, maintenance of Cabin Crew rosters and disruption management in accordance with CASA regulations, Cabin Crew Industrial agreements and other relevant documentation.
In addition, you will work with the Domestic Base Support Officers to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained, while seeking opportunities to improve service and reduce cost.
You’ll have
- Ability to work on a seven day rotational shift roster
- Proven problem solving and decision making skills, with ability to make decisions in time critical situations
- Awareness of operational conditions and availability/whereabouts of all crew resources
- Demonstrated organisation and time management skills. Ability to manage and resolve multiple problems, identifying and prioritising most critical on a cost/commercial pax basis
- Working knowledge of the flying program, business and Crew requirements
- Extensive knowledge of current Industrial instruments
