Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Regional Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our regional crewing operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of crew members to ensure timely and efficient deployment of personnel.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to meet business needs and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage crew rosters to meet operational requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation for crew members.
  • Monitor and report on crew performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
