**About You**
- You’ve always been drawn to surfaces, têxtiles and had an affinity for gorgeous spaces and products. Reading interior design magazines may be a hobby of yours.
- With your experience in customer service, you appreciate that warm feeling when you’re taking customers on a journey through their various choices and offering alternatives.
- You are a down-to-earth and positive person. Your genuine approach means it’s an effortless conversation to discover what your customers are looking for.

**About the Role**

Located in the Moorebank showroom, you will add incredible value to the team through:

- Welcoming customers like interior designers, architects, home renovators and stonemasons into the showroom and making sure they are feeling comfortable.
- Whilst taking the customer through the selection process, asking the right questions so you know when it’s appropriate to stop showing them new products as not to confuse them and when to offer more alternatives.
- Following up on all customers that have visited the showroom with an intention to buy with a phone call to gain a deposit and assurance that they’ll put the product on hold.
- Investing time in learning and training so you deeply understand the right sales approach and the various types of stone to provide customers with informed recommendations.
- Tidying and ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures and restocking products.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in customer service
- An interest in interior design and architectural surfaces
