**The Role**
As part of the Security & Estate Group (SEG), Base Services Transformation & Estate Data Systems (BSTEDS) Branch is looking for an APS 6 to lead Organisational Change Management which includes planning for, developing and then delivering change across SEG in support of estate management systems.
The Organisational Change Manager (OCM) is a critical role responsible for implementation of ICT changes to the Estate Management Systems (notably the Garrison Estate Management System (GEMS). This role will be navigating a challenging work program whilst concurrently working with the wider Estate Data Systems team to transition to a new landscape through key Defence initiatives, Base Service Transformation (BST) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Projects.

**About our Team**
As part of the Security & Estate Group (SEG), Base Services Transformation & Estate Data Systems (BSTEDS) Branch is looking for an APS6 Organisational Change Manager to join the team.
The Team comprises Industry Change Professionals/Business Analysts that support the identification, capture, articulation and implementation of ICT changes to address identified business requirements. These can range from significant functional gaps through to rectification of urgent technical issues.
In addition, this team supports the business transition of large ICT Defence transformational initiatives such as the Base Service Transformation (BST) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) activities.
