**About the role**

We require an Insurance Account Executive who is experienced and familiar with complicated products such as ISR, Liability, Financial Lines and Workers compensation covers.

The role will be strictly office based with no work from home arrangement

**Job Duties**:

- Creating effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients.
- Meeting potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Researching all the available policy options for the client
- Negotiating with underwriters to get the best policy at the best price.
- Presenting policy details to the client and signing the policy agreement.
- Identifying and advising on significant risk changes to clients’ insurance.
- Collecting premiums and processing client accounts.
- Advising clients on Insurance policy conditions, risks covered, premium rates and benefits, and to make recommendations on the amount and type of cover risk management initiatives.
- Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction.
- Advising clients on when and how to make a claim on their policy.
- Preparing reports for underwriters.
- Updating existing policies and maintaining client relationships.

**Skills and experience Required**
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
- 2 years full time relevant work experience is a must
- WA Workers compensation experience
- Premium Funding placement experience
- Winbeat/Sunrise & SCTP experience is a pre-requisite

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
