We are Australia’s only full-service manufacturer, marketer and distributor of disposable food packaging products to the food service industry and home to Castaway - Australia’s leading brand of single use food packaging.

This role offers you the opportunity to work within Head Office as we enter an exciting transformation period.

**Your Responsibilities**

Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced person who enjoys going the extra mile for the customer. This is a busy, hands on position working as a key link between the customer and the company where every day is different.

**Key duties include**
- Being the first point of contact for our major clients and customers.
- Providing superior customer service by responding in a timely manner to achieve desired service outcomes and exceed expectations.
- Processing customers orders from the point of sale to delivery.
- Maintain our CRM database with attention to detail.

**Your background**

If you enjoy working as part of a team, rolling up your sleeves to ensure customers receive best in class customer service then this position is for you.
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience essential.
- Experience working in a high volume fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
- Experience with CRM Tools and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- MS Office skills at an intermediate level in word and excel.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
