About the Role
Chubb Fire & Security, a leader in safety and security solutions, is seeking a passionate and professional National Customer Service Specialist to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.
You will be responsible for:
- Handle a variety of product, service, and account enquiries
- Monitor and swiftly respond to email enquiries via our national customer service group mailboxes
- Process customer requests accurately and escalate issues appropriately
- Efficiently answer and manage high volumes of inbound service calls from customers nationwide
- Deliver professional, friendly, and prompt customer service with each interaction
- Aim for First Call Resolution to boost customer satisfaction
About You
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Knowledge of security and fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal
