About the Role

Chubb Fire & Security, a leader in safety and security solutions, is seeking a passionate and professional National Customer Service Specialist to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.

You will be responsible for:

  • Handle a variety of product, service, and account enquiries
  • Monitor and swiftly respond to email enquiries via our national customer service group mailboxes
  • Process customer requests accurately and escalate issues appropriately
  • Efficiently answer and manage high volumes of inbound service calls from customers nationwide
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and prompt customer service with each interaction
  • Aim for First Call Resolution to boost customer satisfaction

About You

  • Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Knowledge of security and fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal
