**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in electrical engineering or automation.
- Proven management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and a demonstrated track record of success in selling electronic and industrial automation products.
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Business development acumen.
