**Retail Supplier Account Manager | Newly created position | Working for a leading and Innovative Licensing Company | Permanent |**

An exciting opportunity to join a leading and innovative licensing company as their Retail Supplier Account Manager has now opened up. This company works with well-recognised retailers in the Australian market and they have licensing agreements with leading organisations such as Disney, EPL, Marvel, Mattel + many more.

In this role you will be responsible for liaising directly with this organisation’s buyers and also their retailers and suppliers. You will be working closely with their Production Manager and Sales Manager to manage orders, update their suppliers/retailers on product statuses and maintaining on-going partnerships. This role is customer-facing.

This role is based in the Northern suburbs and is with a business that really invests in their staff, offering long-term career progression opportunities and a fantastic team and working environment. **Qualifications and Skills**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in an Account Manager role (managing relationships with Suppliers/Retailers and Buyers)
- Must have retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and solution orientated
- Strives for continuous improvement in all areas
- Very presentable
