In your role as a Northcote _Casual Retail Assistant_ for our Sunday shift, you will work closely with our management team to provide exceptional customer service, open and close the store, help with in-store displays and visual merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store, assist with restocking, and adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment—all while representing our brand and our charity.

**Additional Hiring Needs**:

**Key Requirements**
- Proven ability to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience handling confrontation professionally.
- Calm under pressure in a constantly changing, customer-facing environment.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Available Sundays, with shifts set from 10 am - 6 pm.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and seek clarification as needed.
- Previous retail experience.

**Advantageous Skills and Qualities**
- Passion for our cause—after all, it’s why we exist
- Experience or interest in visual merchandising.
- Cash handling and POS experience.
- Comfort with creating social media content.
- Knowledge of brands and têxtiles.
- Experience reconciling a till and handling banking.
- Innovative spirit—we value collaboration and fresh ideas.
