Experienced Part Time Accounts Payable Officer required for a position in a fast growing, Not for Profit organisation.

**The Company**

Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a well-established company, located in the inner Northern Suburbs, close to the CBD. The business is a government owned Not for Profit entity that supply Health Services to a variety of sectors. The business is currently undertaking a significant expansion of their services which has led to the creation of this role.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this role will be one of two Accounts Payable Officers. The role is temporary role, initially for 6 months, 3 days per week. There is a good chance this role will turn into a permanent part time position in the future. The business is very flexible on start / finish times and can work around any morning/evening commitments you might have (i.e. school drop off & pick up). Ideally the 3 days worked would be Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday. This role will offer 1 day working from home & 2 days based on site - with free parking available.

Your key duties will include:

- Processing invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Employee expenses
- Supplier queries
- Employee expenses
- Month end support

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable function. It's a fun & relaxed office environment so someone who has a great attitude / friendly demeanour would fit well. This role is to start straight away, so you will be available to start at short notice.
