**Experience and Attributes**
- Previous medical receptionist experience essential.
- Knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage.
- Current CPR certificate.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Mature, diligent and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Detail-orientated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As the first point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork is essential.
- Manage a large volume of calls which requires exceptional phone manner and demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle customer inquiries.
- Booking appointments.
- Billing and receipting patient accounts.
- Document scanning and allocating.
- Cold chain management.
- Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff.
- Must be available to work from Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm, 9 am - 5:30 pm
