**Medical Receptionist - Immediate start**

An opportunity exists for a Medical Receptionist to join our GP Practice in the heart of Liverpool

We are seeking motivated, personable, and caring individuals to show a warm welcome to our patients and families of the medical center.

- Professional and warm attitude, shows initiative, willing to work
- Experience with Medical Director Pracsoft and Clinic Software and Medicare billing, WorkCover and Allied Health.
- Ability to multitask, problem solve.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service at all times
- Bringing a positive attitude and being the friendly face.

**_Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: _**
- Opening and closing the clinic as per set procedures
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Scheduling and booking appointments
- Working with utmost confidentiality for our patients
- Process patient accounts and invoices for Medicare, DVA, Workcover & insurance companies
- Attend to patient enquiries
- Ordering stock
- Ensure the waiting room and reception area is well maintained and welcoming
- Scanning documents to patient files
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Medical Director, HotDoc
- Maintaining a clean and sanitised work area
- Current Police Check
- Current CPR certificate
- A recent and reliable referee
- Vaccination record as well as evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations

Expected Start Date: Immediate start

Experience: minimum of 12 month of experience

Position: Part-time or casual

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
