About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist (Part-Time) to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, organised, and professional environment for all who visit The Allied Health Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and scheduling for multiple clinicians
- Responding to phone and email enquiries efficiently
- Supporting billing and invoicing processes, including NDIS-related tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborating with clinicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for helping others and being part of a purpose-driven team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive, proactive, and reliable approach to tasks
Desirable:
- Prior experience in an allied health, medical or NDIS-related receptionist role
- Knowledge of NDIS systems, including billing and plan management
- Familiarity with practice management software (Cliniko)
