You will oversee the day to day running of Reception maintaining a high standard of customer service to their loyal patient base. The practice is long standing and has an excellent reputation, in addition to excellent previous staff retention.

**Key responsibilities will be**:

- Ensuring Reception is attended at all times
- Making appointments
- Accounts
- Filing
- Database management
- Customer service

**To be successful you must**:

- Have min 1 year experience in a similar role
- High standard of presentation
- Great communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- An eye for detail
