**About the Role**
As the Operations Manager, Health & Wellbeing, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of up to 50 professionals, including Mental Health and Physical Health consultants such as counsellors, social workers, psychologists, and exercise physiologists.
- Drive operational efficiency by enhancing service delivery, supporting clients funded by schemes such as Workforce Australia (WFA), Disability Employment Services (DES), and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Collaborate strategically with genU’s Business Development teams to identify, plan, and implement new growth opportunities within Health and Wellbeing services.To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have previous experience with:
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to support clients in connecting with the community and securing meaningful employment. Work closely with internal teams to expand our services and make a positive impact on community health and wellbeing.You will also meet the following essential requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current NDIS Working with Children’s Check Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificateHealth and Wellbeing team

Our ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologists provide assessments and treatments that help job seekers with injuries, health conditions, or disabilities overcome barriers, tracking progress towards employment within just six sessions.
Mental health Services: Through the utilisation of the biopsychosocial model, provide a person centred, holistic approach to support clients toward improved management of their mental health issues in order to facilitate successful engagement with employment
