Efficiently oversee the operation, maintenance and development of services within multiple industrial sites across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage critical environments including fire safety systems, mechanical services, roller doors, hydraulic services, and landscaping.
  • Optimize operating expenditure to ensure cost-effective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and document findings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Facilities Management or Operations with a solid understanding of building operations.
  • Ideal background in a trade, project management or degree in Facilities Management.
  • Substantial experience in managing critical environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with flexibility to work autonomously across different sites.
