We are seeking a **receptionist** for a **short-term role from 13th March to 29th March 2025**.
As a receptionist you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks within the office. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will represent the company and create a lasting first impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Uniform ordering.
- Adhere to office security procedures by ensuring visitor sign-in and issuing access badges
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
