Lakeside Hotel and Conference Centre are seeking a full time Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.
- Salary Package: $62,830 per annum plus employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
- Appointment Type: Full time, continuing role
- Location: Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.

The Role

Lakeside Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Office Attendant to join our growing hotel team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in hospitality.

You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing front office reception to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Responding to accommodation inquiries and processing reservations.
- Handling accounts and delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.

About You
You have a passion for hospitality and customer service, and you are solutions-focused and can think on your feet to solve problems. You are professional and always put guests first.
- To be successful in this role and to meet the selection criteria, you will have:_
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, and/or sales (hospitality industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity/ awareness.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Cash handling and transaction processing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card (NSW).
