**Location**: Remote/Flexible

**Hours**: Part-time (20 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

**Compensation**: Commission-Based only

**Reports to**: Lead Scientist

Are you passionate about science and driven by results? ISOBiotech, a leader in cutting-edge diagnostic technology, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to help grow our revolutionary Isothermal PCR Amplification (IPA) platform and RapidDetector device.

This is a unique opportunity for someone excited by the intersection of science and business. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding access to rapid diagnostics that are transforming healthcare, genetics, and field-based testing.

**What You'll Do**:
As our Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by:

- Identifying and pursuing new markets and strategic opportunities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborating with our Lead Scientist to understand and meet client needs
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations
- Creating and executing targeted sales strategies
- Representing ISOBiotech at scientific meetings and industry events
- Tracking and reporting key sales metrics
- Performing other sales-related duties as assigned

**About You**:

- Background in science, healthcare, or biotechnology (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with independent work and remote collaboration
- Passionate about innovation in diagnostics and eager to grow in a dynamic startup environment

**Compensation**:
This is a volunteer position with commission-based high earning potential:

- 4% commission on RapidDetector sales
- 2.5% commission on IPA product sales

Payments are made monthly.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work 20 hours per week
- Flexibility to attend occasional events or client meetings as needed
- Submission of education credentials (if requested)
- Commitment to ISOBiotech’s policies and code of conduct
