**About the role**:
If you are looking for an opportunity as a **Domestic Logistics Coordinator **that will involve exciting challenges, then look no further. This position will give you the opportunity to establish yourself in a busy but supportive logistics environment with a progressive company.

Based at our Riverview Office in Ipswich and reporting to the General Manager Shipping and Logistics, you will be an experienced Logistics Coordinator looking for the next challenge in your career. The Domestic Logistics Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers and logistics companies.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Review Sales Orders in company ERP/WMS Systems
- Planning and prioritizing sales orders with stakeholders to ensure required delivery dates/times are meet
- Liaise with Domestic Transport Operators to ensure we are using best in class (cost & delivery)
- Schedule according to customer & production needs
- Monitor orders to ensure they are delivered on-time
- Book Timeslots using customer portals/databases as required
- Understanding of COR requirements
- Administration tasks as required

**About you**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, and efficient data entry skills
- Strong administrative and logistics co-ordination skills
- Basic Microsoft skills i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and work as part of a tight knit team
- Be able to use own initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in a logistics role will be highly regarded.
