**About the role**:
Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Sales Team as required. The Sales Support Officer is the first point of contact for customers and logistics companies. The Sales Support Officer is accountable for the provision of high-quality customer service.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Data entry of sales contracts and production scheduling into our bespoke ERP system
- Coordinating logistic requirements as required, both domestic and export
- Field and achieve appropriate outcomes from all customer enquiries
- Liaise with relevant internal and external departments to ensure efficient delivery of service

**About you**:

- Sound written, numeracy and demonstrated computer literacy, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High quality customer service focus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong people skills and ability to develop relationships easily with key customers, JBS Management and Plant Teams.
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate a good level of organisational and time management skills.
- Beef industry knowledge would be advantageous.
