As an** Inventory Staging Coordinator** based in **Clayton, Vitoria**, you will report to the Inventory Staging Leader. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management/ accuracy of raw materials inventory, staging of process orders and finished goods delivered into warehousing from the manufacturing process, and closing off completed process orders.

You will ensure a consistent flow of raw materials into the plant, maximizing the opportunities presented by lean manufacturing principles, using the MRP principles, cyclic inventory counting, and working within inventory policies.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring raw material inventory processes and consumption at the Clayton site across all production warehouses are efficient and effective.
- Coordination of staging process for allocated plants.
- Monitoring of consumption issues, including addressing advanced eWM level processing where required.
- Ensure cycle count checks are completed within agreed timelines, and physical stock matches system stock data through paper-based or RF scanning.
- Monitor and enforce procedures with the greater team and business to ensure inventory is correctly tracked, supplied, consumed, or corrected.
- Monitor inbound receipting performance and support troubleshooting.
- Work within SAP-driven cycle counting process ensuring the process follows PPG controllership requirements.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies identified through cycle count procedures.
- Coordinate EWM master data changes and contribution to the NIRO process, ensuring correct master data is applied to all materials managed through SAP (both IM & EWM).
- Contribute to SAP Super-user forums.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of experience required in warehouse or supply chain.
- Knowledge of MRP and inventory principles and detailed knowledge of resulting systems.
- Understanding of Lean in an MRP environment.
- 3+ years’ experience in a batch production environment is beneficial.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in EXCEL and Outlook
- Strong understanding and user of SAP, particularly SAP - HANNA 4.
