Join the Tibaldi Operations HR team as a HR Coordinator based in Clayton, Victoria in either a part-time or full-time role.

**Our Story**

Founded in 1934, the Tibaldi family of butchers had a dream to provide Australian’s with only the finest cuts of meats processed the traditional way using authentic Italian recipes.

Over 80 years later not much has changed. Today, Tibaldi are a major supplier to the retail, route and food service industry across Australia. Our state-of-the-art facilities in Clayton excel industry standards using leading technology.

The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods and fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

**Your Story**

This is an exciting opportunity for a person who is in the early stages of their HR journey. However, it would also be a great fit for someone more experienced who is looking to balance their work and family life.

As a HR Coordinator team member at Tibaldi, you will be part of the Human Resources team based in Clayton, Victoria. This is an on-site role. You will be supporting our people experience in generalist people related activities with a strong focus on the recruitment and onboarding of our people across various roles. You will be involved in:

- Coordinating our recruitment strategy by supporting to attract and identify people, preparing recruitment advertisements, screening, providing support to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and arranging pre-employment medicals.
- Coordinating our onboarding activities to ensure our people our set up for success such as employment documentation, locker allocation, PPE allocation and conducting on-site tours
- Coordinating people related activities and programs such as our learning and development (training) programs.
- People related administration such as data entry and documentation preparation

As part of the HR team, you will pull on your boots and put on your PPE and:

- Be a role model for all aspects of safety and wellbeing

**Our Ways of Working**

Your hours of work will be performed between 7.00am and 5.30pm on nominated days. However, if you are an early bird or a night owl, or need to drop off or pick up the kids on a particular day then we may be able to make that work too Let’s talk it through.
