**About the role**

We're looking for a HR People Services Coordinator who is passionate about our employees having a terrific experience. Acting as a centralised HR contact point across DuluxGroup ANZ, the role provides advice, actions employee life cycle activities and delivers key business initiatives and PCC programs. This role is vital in delivering continuous improvement initiatives in each of our lifecycle journeys and beyond with a focus on automation, self service and the experience of the leader and employee.

The role has great career pathways into broader HR roles or other functions. We have top class learning and development programs along with a culture full of genuine people that will support you.

**Responsibilities**
- Provision of advice relating to first level PCC queries regarding policy and processes
- Process and advise incoming queries and calls ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate and monitor onboarding and induction activities for new starters and transfers
- Management of key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement projects are delivered effectively and on time.

- Commercial acumen
- Ability to display high level communication skills and stakeholder management
