**About the Role**:
**In this Role you will be responsible for**:

- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered
- Building partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams and providing financial support and understanding of their strategic objectives, business operations and key drivers of performance
- Conducting market research studies and analysis to assess current market trends
- Presenting financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk
- Challenging current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible

Ideally you will have been in a similar role and possess a degree in Accounting/Commerce/Business/Finance and will be CPA / CA member or working towards it.

Additionally, you will possess:

- Knowledge of general financial accounting and reporting
- Knowledge of governance, risk and control
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including accounting software
- Highly developed skills in internal and external communications
- The ability to develop relationship management skills to create, maintain and build positive working relationships with stakeholders and the wider community
- Astute commercial abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet an ever-changing environment lead by the NDIS requirements

**You will also possess**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid DHS Disability Screening)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Driver's Licence
- Unrestricted Working Rights
- COVID Vaccinations (2+ booster)
