Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking to work for an organisation that is passionate about its people and residents. Mayflower is seeking a highly motivated and capable People and Culture Business Partner with a minimum of 7 years' generalist experience, including proven experience in managing WorkCover and return-to-work processes.

About the Role:
Working closely with Managers, this position will partner with leaders to manage people related activities, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, manager capability uplift, performance management, employee well-being and HR analytics and reporting. In this role, you will support the People and Culture Manager to align people and strategy and ensure process excellence.
- Partner with managers and employees to provide expert advice across the full HR lifecycle.
- Lead case management relating to WorkCover, return-to-work, and injury management, ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation.
- Support organisational development initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, and projects.
- Build positive and effective relationships with operational leaders and employees to promote engagement and a strong workplace culture.
- Contribute to HR policy development, procedural reviews, and compliance with relevant awards and legislation.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 7+ years' HR generalist or business partnering experience, ideally within health, aged care, or community services.
- Demonstrated experience in WorkCover case management and return-to-work. context.
- Sound knowledge of employment law, industrial instruments (SCHADS, Nurses Award, or similar), and HR best practice.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to a collaborative, professional HR function.
- NDIS Check or the ability to obtain one.
