**About the role**:
Research shows a child’s first five years are crucial to all future learning and development formed through the interactions, experiences, and relationships that the child makes. This role is pivotal in creating a quality early learning environment through our teams of early learning educators, teachers, and leaders who are uniquely placed to positively influence children’s futures.

Due to continuing growth and transformation, we are currently seeking a talented, professional, and capable **People & Culture Business Partner** to join our high-performing Victorian operational team, supporting the eastern region. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this position is based in VIC and will see you leading the operational implementation of the HR strategy whilst mentoring and supporting our G8 Leaders in handling people management processes. You will also be responsible for providing business-focused, strategic, and operational HR advice and services across your designated region. **About you?**

With demonstrated proven experience in an HR Generalist role that is coupled with operational management in delivering results in a multi-site environment, we are looking for an optimistic, enthusiastic, and values-driven HR professional that has a curious mindset and care-based nature. With a can-do attitude, willingness to challenge the status quo, and tenacity to succeed you will demonstrate agility to readily adapt to environments where priorities can change quickly.

You will have strong stakeholder engagement and can champion performance management outcomes, employee relations matters and issues whilst maintaining an in-depth level of compliance and confidentiality. You do this all whilst, supporting the Regional Manager in optimising and leading large-scale teams and facility resources in high-demand, regulated operational environments. To succeed you will need to build collaborative relationships across a range of stakeholders including Talent, WH&S, Quality, HR and Finance who support your teams in successfully meet their objectives.
