**Quality Business Partner**

Mayflower is seeking a Part time Quality and Risk Compliance Business Partner to join our

team. This role will be positioned across our Reservoir and Pascoe Vale locations and based

on 32 hours per week / 4 days per week.

**About the role**
- Support managers and staff with compliance through expert knowledge in the area

of accreditation and risk management processes.
- Oversee the audit process, relying on high level analytical skills to identify trends.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans.
- Review and manage policies and work practices across the organisation.
- Promote the achievement of quality outcomes for the Mayflower Group in all aspects

of care and service delivery.
- Participate in the further development of Mayflower’s quality framework.
- Promote compliance with the relevant Acts, legislation, regulations, codes and

standards for the Mayflower Group.
- Identify opportunities to initiate and implement innovative projects and programs to

facilitate best practice in resident care and seniors living outcomes.

- Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Continuous Improvement or Compliance role

in the aged care industry
- A current driver’s license
- NDIS worker screening check or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of continuous improvement and
- Understanding of the aged care quality standards and experience with accreditation
