We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Family Violence to support the ongoing implementation of Ambulance Victoria's alignment with Victorian Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework to improve responses to family violence for patients and staff. This is a Part Time working 4 days per week, 12 Month Fixed Term position currently based in Blackburn North.

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Lead Safeguarding Care, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Strengthening AV's maturity against the MARAM Framework and Family Violence and Child Information Sharing Schemes (FVISS and CISS) through project design, implementation and evaluation
- Leading project consultation and iterative project design in collaboration with the Safeguarding Care Senior Lead and clinicians, consumers/family violence advocates and health system partners
- Developing and implementing organisational processes and systems as well as staff training and resources to build workforce capacity to identify and respond to family violence in line with the Responding to Family Violence Capability Framework
- Developing excellent working relationships and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including family violence agencies and government departments to drive a positive organisational culture that prioritises responding to risks of family violence

About you
If you are self-motivated and possess the following, we encourage you to apply:

- A tertiary qualification, with proven subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience (preferably 5 years experience in Project Management)
- Proven experience and understanding of best practice in the prevention and/or responses to family violence with knowledge of Victorian legislation related to family violence, MARAM, and child safety
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing complex projects
- Excellent stakeholder and partnership development skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills

The position is graded at AV4. The AV grade salary range for AV- 4 is Enter $95,695 - $119,761 (pro-rata) plus 10% superannuation. Salary on commencement is offered at the base of the AV grade.
