About the role:

CSR is seeking a fixed term WMS Project Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. Based in North Ryde, this role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to meaningful change, and help shape the future of our organisation.

As a key member of the project team, you'll maintain project plans, track budgets and timelines, and support governance and reporting processes. You'll also play a vital role in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and change management activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed project plans and schedules across workstreams
  • Track budgets, benefits, risks, and timelines against project goals
  • Deliver insights on project costing and benefit analysis
  • Prepare reports and presentations for steering committees and stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team communications
  • Manage project registers and documentation
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and HR/change activities
  • Liaise across functions to ensure alignment and progress
  • Assist with audits and governance compliance

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience supporting project delivery and budgets
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and JIRA
  • Experience with project methodologies and business/software delivery
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and synthesise complex information
  • A proactive mindset and critical thinking skills
