As a Creative Marketing Strategist, you'll develop and hone a wide range of transferable skills in one of Australia's most enviable workplaces. From copywriting to ad creation, design, data analysis, relationship building, and content strategy, you'll become a jack-of-all-trades marketing wiz in no time.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Create engaging, performance-focused digital content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google and more ( This will include: videos, images, GIFs, copy)
- Analyse data and conduct research on trends, competitors and strategies
- Collaborate with our amazing specialist teams (Google, Data, Comms, Design, etc.)
- Work closely with our Communications Specialists to execute client strategies; managing flow, ad creation, and execution
- Proactively identify innovative solutions to grow clients' online engagement holistically
- Attend monthly innovation workshops, and share knowledge and results with internal teams monthly
- Continual learning & personal development
- Familiar with social media platforms and compatible editing programs
- Developing understanding of marketing principles and consumer psychology
- Has a degree in marketing ad/or relevant experience (a bonus)
- Thrives off efficiency hacks
- Passionate about crunching numbers
