**About the position**:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our friendly team. The role involves working collaboratively with all teams and a portfolio of clients to deliver successful projects. The variety of multichannel work ranges from websites and patient programs, through to cutting edge online education, integrated brand promotion and more.

**About you**:
As an Account Manager, you are a smart thinking, personable and meticulously organised team player who loves to bring projects to life. You are a talented communicator and problem solver, striving to exceed client expectations. You value teamwork and long-term relationships. You double check everything, love timelines and managing budgets, whilst taking pride in all aspects of your work. You have a passion for simplifying communications and improving health. You are ambitious and strive to work with a quality-driven, dynamic agency, where your contribution will be applauded.

Other key requirements include:

- A life sciences or communications degree, and/or multichannel marketing skills, is preferred
- Ready to step up from an Account Executive role, or are already exceling within an Account Manager role, with at least 2 years agency experience
- Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach, exceptional organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects across a broad range of channels, platforms and stakeholders simultaneously
