**What will you work on?**
- Reporting to the General Manager, Australia, the National Account Manager holds accountability for providing strategic management of a portfolio of key customers. This role has responsibility for building an executable business plan with the customer portfolio, to meet and exceed the business unit revenue, margin and EBIT objectives.
Financials
- Delivery of Spin Master’s financial targets (sales and profitability) to the budgeted phasing for portfolio of customers.
- Develop & execute the sales, business plans and activities for the customer portfolio to deliver the financial targets set by the business.
- Management of all financial measures and objectives within budget and in a timely manner.
- Negotiation and signing of Trading Terms in a timely manner, where applicable, in conjunction with the General Manager.
- In conjunction with the General Manager, review customer catalogue and O&A plans to ensure agreed investment and support levels by brand are being maximized.
Business Planning
- Preparing for and management of key meetings with buyers etc for each customer, including regular business reviews, customer previews including both in LA/HK & locally, as well as monthly WIP meetings.
- Review performance to ensure revenue, product margins, and operating profit are on target.
- Understand each customers timelines for ranging, clearance, and promotion so as to optimize performance of Spin Master brands in each customer.
- Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximise business opportunities.
- Review post campaign and competitive analysis.
Forecasting
- Manage sku productivity through effective forecasting and review. Identify poor performers early and develop action plan in conjunction with marketing team. Work closely with Demand Planning to maximize forecasting accuracy.
- Work with customers (via Demand Planner) on the flow of stock (taking into consideration the agreed business plans & Spin Master’s financial goals)
- Work with Demand Planning to analyse Advertised lines, catalogue and tactical events to ensure that future stock weights are adjusted to suit (up or down) and that stores are replenished quickly to minimize lost sales.

- Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination.
**How will you fit into the team?**
- Strong literacy in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset.
- Excellent with time management, priority setting & action oriented.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Ability to innovate as well as be solution oriented, and be open to doing business in a non-traditional manner with non-traditional customers.
- Ability to work independently & as part of the team.
**What are your skills and experience?**
- 5+ years experience in Sales, &/or Category Management of consumer goods.
- Business/Commerce Degree Qualifications, or equivalent tertiary qualification (highly desired).
- Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
