Job Title

Analyst, Account Management, Financial Institutions

This role will drive sales effectiveness for one of Mastercard’s Global Key Accounts across both core products and services. We are seeking a highly accountable, resilient, analytical and adaptable technologist to join a high performing team.

Role
- Customer Focus - responsible for partner facing communications, support the team with Client implementations and initiatives to deliver the best outcome for Client and Mastercard
- Internal influencing - collaborates across teams to achieve best outcome for Client and Mastercard
- Delivery - ensure contractual commitments are delivered on time and to specifications
- Responsible for creating client facing presentation materials and analytics as part of engagement plan with Client and sales opportunities, including monthly tracking reports, quarterly business reviews, statement of works and other materials
- Responsible for creating performance analytics, dashboards and monthly partnership communications
- Responsible for project management of key initiatives, collaborating across Mastercard’s internal divisions
- Responsible for relationship mapping and event co-ordination with C-level of both Mastercard and Client
- Responsible for the creation and dissemination of Best Practice to Client including the arrangement of peer to peer meetings and appropriate documentation to senior leadership
- Responsible for supporting team with pipeline management at the account level, including Salesforce maintenance

- Dedicated to building strong relationships with your customer and can identify opportunities that solve their pain points
- Possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills and enjoy simplifying large amounts of complex data into C-Level presentations
- Degree qualified in business studies or relevant field
- Have exposure to exposure to payments or financial services
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
