**Job Description**:
We have a rare opportunity for a creative yet analytical Marketing guru to shape and bring to life our Marketing strategy for Winnings Business.
Using your broad marketing experience, you will be called upon to execute industry leading campaigns that inspire our customers and suppliers. You'll be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Marketing professionals, ensuring they work together as one to deliver on time and on budget.
Intimately knowing luxurious and prestigious brands, you will be the voice of our customers and brands to deliver an innovative retail experience which will in turn, drive business growth opportunities, exceed customer satisfaction and maximise ROI.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with key internal teams and providing expert guidance across traditional, digital, SEM, social and trigger marketing campaigns to deliver campaigns that engage our customers and drive top-line sales
- Design, develop and deliver Winning’s marketing plan, liaising with suppliers, PRMs/Buying and management to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage and allocate the budget for marketing and sales activities, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends to drive the creation of compelling marketing initiatives that aligns with our brand and resonates with our customers.
- Establish and manage contracts and relationships with marketing agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Leadership team to ensure informed decisions on marketing initiatives are made.
- Ensuring the team has an understanding of their priorities managing campaigns through the entire funnel.
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in various Marketing leadership roles.
- A visionary marketer with experience in growth-based initiatives
- Proven success in building strong, multi-channeled marketing and initiatives.
- Experience in defining customer lifecycle journeys, personas and aligning content to the right people at the right time.
- Highly motivated, well-organised and can communicate your vision simply to all levels yet also eager to explore new ways of working.
- Ability to evaluate and analyse data to identify trends and patterns which can be developed into effective strategy
- Can effectively execute a plan and project manage.
