Work closely with assigned Campus Recruiters to support searches, strategic/operational projects and other administrative activities

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Campus Recruiters to support the full lifecycle recruiting processes
- Primary coordination support on campus recruiting activities for Sydney office, while also engaging with the regional campus recruiting team where needed
- Interface with universities, vendors, students, and recruiters to schedule events, phone interviews, video conference interviews, onsite interviews
- Assist Recruiters to complete new hire preparation to ensure smooth onboarding
- Work with Recruiters on an as-needed basis on other initiatives such as:

- Resume review, select phone screens, and offer preparation
- On-campus marketing and internship events

**Required Skills**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience in a recruitment coordination role, with a demonstrated interest to build a career in campus recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to drive results

**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree from a top University
