**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- In partnership with the Head of People & Culture team you will work closely with our key stakeholders to define our graduate recruitment strategy
- Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment cycle including attraction, engagement, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer and sell process
- Be responsible for planning and execution of team objectives
- Identify opportunities for our campus attraction strategy to ensure we are reaching a diverse pool of top talent
- Manage all university and vendor relationships
- Work closely with employer branding to provide feedback and input into on our employer brand strategy.i.e. social media, events, presentations to students
- Partner Trading & IT with the on-boarding of graduates and interns to ensure a smooth employee experience by offering a market leading program and enabling all employees s to reach their full potential
- Help with the design and implementation at of a world class assessment and selection process for Trading & IT
- Develops and manages an internship program for Trading and eventually Development.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- 5 years plus recruitment experience
- 3 graduate minimum
- Worked at a consulting firm, trading firm or tech firm in a grad recruitment role managing high volume specialty recruitment
- Manages the junior recruiter's workload
- Has the capability to think strategically but can execute effectively
- Thinks innovatively and willing to push the boundaries to reach top talent
- Has operational excellence as their mantra
