SIG is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Sydney student recruitment team. This role directly impacts on the success of our campus hiring team. In this role you will partner & support a team of recruiters & critical stakeholders who are focused on hiring top-tier talent in the quantitative trading, research and technology roles.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously and manage last-minute changes to schedules with professionalism and composure.

If you join us, you will:

- Schedule and confirm phone and office interviews, as well as feedback sessions
- Manage all reporting, new hire on-boarding, audits and maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Attend student engagement events both in office and on campus with a long term goal of independently organising and hosting SIG student facing events
- Maintaining relationships with student societies.

**What we're looking for**
- 0-4 years professional or intern experience as an assistant, coordinator or in a similar role; prior experience assisting a Human Resources and/or Recruiting team is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Intellectually curious with an interest in learning the business of SIG
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling system
