Overview:
Our Recruiting Team is expanding We are looking for a highly motivated recruiter to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our campus recruiting efforts specifically geared toward PhD students.
You will join an experienced team of recruiters focused on hiring top-tier talent into SIG’s most quantitative-focused programs. As a PhD lead recruiter, you will work directly with our university contacts across the APAC region to maintain existing relationships, as well as create new connections to expand our overall reach.
Your efforts will directly impact our hiring strategy, recruiting process, and recruitment marketing & branding initiatives. We are looking for an innovative problem solver who can leverage new tools and ideas to strengthen our brand recognition, diversify our recruiting efforts, and attract the best talent.

In this role you will:
Build relationships across all levels of our firm, as well as universities, to grow the success of PhD recruiting at SIG over time.
Conduct data analytics on recruiting pipeline and deliver status updates to head of recruiting and hiring managers.
Facilitate and tailor recruiting and branding initiatives on campus and digitally.
**What we're looking for**
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional campus recruiting experience, preferably within tech or financial services; experience in quantitative finance is a plus
- In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources.
- Strong event-planning skills and evidence of successful event execution
- Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to think strategically, translate strategies into actionable plans, develop performance metrics and analyze results
- Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment, a plus
- Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality results / deliverables
- Ability to display sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to attend recruitment events as needed outside of traditional business hours
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
