We’re seeking a passionate, experienced recruiter to join our growing Sydney office and help us scale our talent strategy. What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter at Susquehanna, you’ll be a critical partner in shaping and executing our experienced hiring strategy. You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and teammates across APAC and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:
**Own the full recruitment lifecycle**
for roles across financial services, technology, risk, and operations - from sourcing to offer acceptance.**Design and execute creative sourcing strategies**
to engage passive talent and build long-term pipelines.**Collaborate deeply with hiring managers**
to understand team needs, role requirements, and future growth plans.that reflect Susquehanna’s unique culture and values.**Use data to inform decisions**
: Track, measure, and report on hiring pipeline health, market trends, and process improvements.**Influence hiring outcomes**
by coaching stakeholders on best practices, market insights, and recruitment techniques.**Contribute to employer branding**
initiatives in partnership with marketing, social media, and campus teams.
**What we're looking for**
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is energised by the challenge of hiring top-tier talent.
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (In-House), ideally in financial services, capital markets or tech.
- Proven experience sourcing and attracting passive talent through innovative techniques.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools).
- A data-savvy, analytical mindset - confident using reporting tools to guide decisions.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in our business, culture, and people - and a desire to contribute to our ongoing success.
