Payroll officer role within a fast-paced, global team in East Sydney

**Your new company**

This global, innovative solutions company is embarking on many payroll projects and requires a payroll professional. If you consider yourself an expert in end to end payroll as well as time and attendance payroll processes, then please make your presence be known
This is a great opportunity for you to develop your data entry and payroll administration skills whilst your company’s payroll team transitions - you will be ensuring the payroll team keep on task with their payroll process improvement procedures. This is a short-term assignment that is likely to extend or go permanent.

**Your new role**

The client is seeking a payroll officer who is capable of the following:

- All onboarding and offboarding payroll processes
- Knowledge of timesheeting payroll processes
- Manually implementing timesheet data via a major ERP software
- Assist managing small multiple payruns across a few entities
- Potentially assist with testing of ERP T&A upgrade and ensure leave and payroll timesheeting processes

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have a high, proficient understanding of EBA’s and Awards
- Previous experience in payroll teams doing medium volume weekly payruns via a major T&A software
- Initiative, resilience and a can-do attitude to meet deadlines, learn processes and work within a team environment
- All-round communications skills written and spoken
