**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to receive and unload containers
- Organize, arrange, and store products according to site and cargo conditions
- Monitor incoming shipments and liaise with customers and the Finance Department to facilitate timely payments
- Deliver goods to customer-specified locations
- Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a strong service mindset
- Proficient in forklift operation and holding a valid forklift license
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management and task prioritization abilities
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Prior experience in the construction or window & door industry preferred
- Must hold legal work rights in Australia
