Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the St Leonard’s warehouse. Key aspects of this role will include processing of inventory and stock requests, receiving and dispatching goods, safe operation of the warehouse, inventory maintenance and supporting logistics functions. This is a hands-on role where the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor will regularly be supporting the team in a practical capacity.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for receiving purchased parts/stock, stock replenishment, including consumables both physically and in TOMRA’s inventory management system
- Maintaining and controlling inventory standards set in the warehouse, with ability to put forward suggestions for continuous improvement
- Responsible for picking, packing and dispatching inventory and goods
- Responsible for receiving and sorting all parts returned from the field
- Assisting and participating in stock takes
- Responsible for maintaining warehouse site safety, and reporting any issues immediately to the Supply Chain Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience managing the warehouse and/or logistics function
- Effective material handling skills
- Previous experience using inventory management system(s)
- Forklift License
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- First Aid (CPR & General First Aid) - desirable but not essential
