**About our Opportunity**

As the Warehouse & Transport Manager you coordinate logistics operations, identifying opportunities to be more efficient within our warehouse and logistics functions, overseeing the warehousing, picking and transportation of products to ensure timely delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and support a skilled workforce with a team size of up to 40 members of operational staff and transport subcontractors as well as two warehouse supervisors and two admin ensuring efficient operation of the department to maximise our customers experience whilst continuously improving processes to enhance safety, quality, inventory management, picking capacity, transport efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**About You**

We’re searching for someone who has a background in transport, operations or distribution centre management, preferably in the manufacturing industry who has experience managing the complexities of bulk customized freight. Balancing competing priorities and demands comes naturally to you, we’re looking for a people leader who has a flexible leadership style and hands on approach, who can maintain high level of employee engagement with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of their diverse team and customers.

In addition:

- knowledge of installation processes, tools, and equipment relevant to the building
industry
- working knowledge of Chain of Responsibility
- Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license.
