We’re currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Warehouse Operative** to join our team at our new, state-of-the-art warehouse in St Marys, NSW. This role will be full-time Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.

**The Opportunity**:

- Load and unload goods from containers
- Coordinate and manage outbound freight movements
- Accurately label, sort, and enter products into our ERP system
- Create international shipment loads and maintain ERP records
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance and high-reach) for general warehouse tasks
- Liaise with logistics carriers and support inbound/outbound freight coordination
- Process customer returns and liaise with the Quality Assurance team
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into warehouse/logistics systems
- Support other team members, attend toolboxes, maintain general cleanliness of the work area.

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years’ forklift experience (counterbalance essential; high-reach can be trained)
- Container unloading experience is required
- Valid Forklift Licence
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A reliable and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of and adherence to safe working practices
