Based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, Custom Denning is currently on a very exciting journey when it comes to pioneering the way for locally manufactured electric vehicles in Australia. We are currently working very closely with the NSW government to support government infrastructure plans of transitioning NSW buses from diesel to an electric fleet by 2030.

This initiative is a key ingredient towards contributing to a cleaner future of transport through zero emission vehicles.

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Manager. This is a full-time role working 6.30am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.

This role will see you leading a small team across two shifts to effectively manage and streamline the conversion, warehouse and distribution of parts. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of parts to our production line with the focus on exceeding expectations whilst driving a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- At least 3 years’ experience within a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Relevant Warehouse, Supply Chain or Logistics qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience managing stock movements and stock control processes with a focus on inventory record accuracy.
- Proven experience improving existing processes and procedures to improve efficiencies across a business.
- Experience assessing warehouse layout and material flow and implementing improvements to ensure efficient space utilisation and safe traffic management protocols.
- Experience tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of parts to a production line.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement experience with both inbound and outbound operations.
- Strong administration skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a safe working environment.

To succeed in this role you will be agile to change and have strong problem solving, organisational, analytical and listening skills. You will be someone who maintains a ‘Can Do’ attitude and is always proactively looking for a better way of working. You will also be adaptable to change and thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.

A forklift license is advantageous but not essential. Experience within the manufacturing sector is also highly advantageous.
