**About This Role**

As a **System and Performance Owner**, you will manage and enhance the relationship between Metcash users and the systems they interact with including knowledge, training, best practice benchmarking, system enhancements, strategic roadmap implementation, and new system implementation support. Be the system owner for the advanced planning system on behalf of Metcash Food. This role is based in Macquarie Park and has a direct reporting line in to the National Forecasting & Replenishment Manager.

**What you’ll do**:

- IT Relationship Management
- External provider relationship manager
- Documentation of all processes and system interactions across teams
- Facilitate best practice requirements to Customer teams.
- Manage enhancements register for systems like BY, D365, Power BI, etc.
- Govern IT change that impacts Forecast and Replenishment systems directly or indirectly
- Own the quality and delivery of Forecast and Replenishment systems to users based on agreed SLA
- Track performance of system availability and quality through effective PIR management and incident tracking
- Build and maintain effective system business continuity plans for outages of the Forecast and Replenishment systems

**What you’ll bring**:

- Project Management experience
- Strong relationship management capability
- Proven experience in a similar senior role, preferably in an S&OP Retail or FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles including: forecast management, inventory planning, event planning, demand & supply planning, and order optimisation
- Able to drive a positive team culture
